                                                                          PEER AND STUDENT FEEDBACK

Recognizing the importance of feedback in the teaching-learning process, I actively seek input from both peers and students to enhance my instructional strategies. Engaging in regular peer evaluations and feedback sessions contributes to a collaborative professional development environment. Constructive critiques and suggestions from colleagues provide valuable insights that shape my instructional approaches, ensuring continuous growth and improvement.

In addition to seeking feedback from peers, I create a student-centered feedback culture in my classroom. Regular surveys and anonymous mid-semester course reflections allow students to share their thoughts on the learning experience. This two-way communication fosters a supportive atmosphere where students feel empowered to express their opinions on the teaching methods, materials, and overall classroom environment.

Feedback is not just about evaluation; it is a tool for improvement. I use student feedback to adapt and refine my teaching practices, ensuring that the learning environment remains dynamic, responsive, and aligned with the needs and preferences of the students. By valuing and integrating both peer and student feedback, I create an inclusive and collaborative educational space that prioritizes the voices of all stakeholders in the learning journey.
